Terms of service

These terms govern the use of ShipSlide, operated by Pluviaux, SIREN 948 269 568.

By creating an account, generating a slideshow, using the application or subscribing to a paid plan, you accept these terms.

ShipSlide lets users create ready-to-post slideshows, use templates, generate or edit text and images with AI, export content and connect social accounts.

You are responsible for your account information, credentials and all activity performed through your account. We may suspend accounts for abusive, fraudulent, illegal or rights-infringing use.

Prices and plan limits are displayed on pricing pages or inside the application. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

AI credits are consumed by generation features. Additional credit packs may have specific terms displayed at checkout.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, consumers generally have 14 days from subscription to withdraw.

Under French consumer law, this right can no longer be exercised for digital content or services started before the end of the withdrawal period when the user expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged losing that right.

No subscription refund, prorated refund or credit pack refund is due after effective use of the paid service, including AI generation, credit consumption, export, media upload, social connection, scheduling or publishing.

If no effective use of the paid service occurred during the legal period, contact support at the email listed in these terms.

You keep your rights in the content you upload and create, subject to third-party rights, legal limits applying to AI-generated content and external content licenses.

You grant ShipSlide a limited, non-exclusive technical license to host, process, transform, display, export and transmit your content only to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for prompts, images, text, brands, music, logos and other materials you provide, and for the final use of AI outputs.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, similar to other content, unsuitable or not copyrightable in some jurisdictions. You must review them before publishing.

You may not use ShipSlide to create, host, export or publish illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, privacy-infringing or IP-infringing content.

When you connect a social account, you authorize ShipSlide and its providers to perform the actions strictly needed for the requested features. ShipSlide does not guarantee acceptance, reach, moderation outcome or API availability on third-party platforms.

ShipSlide is provided as is, with a best-efforts obligation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or suitability for a specific purpose.
