ShipSlide privacy policy: collected data, purposes, providers, retention and GDPR rights.

Data controller

Pluviaux is the data controller for personal data processed through ShipSlide.

Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to provide, secure, bill and improve the service.

  • Account data: email, user identifier, account settings and authentication data handled by Better Auth.
  • Content data: prompts, text, uploaded images, media, slideshows, selected templates, exports and scheduled posts.
  • Billing data: Stripe identifiers, plan, subscription status, invoices and credit history. ShipSlide does not store full card details.
  • Social integrations: connected account identifiers, required permissions, publishing statuses and data strictly needed for posting.
  • Technical data: logs, IP address, browser, device, security events, cookies and analytics data when necessary.
Purposes and legal bases

Processing is based, depending on the case, on contract performance, consent, ShipSlide's legitimate interest or legal obligations.

  • Provide generation, editing, storage, export and publishing features.
  • Manage accounts, credits, subscriptions, payments, invoices and support.
  • Connect third-party services requested by the user, including social platforms.
  • Prevent abuse, secure the service and resolve technical incidents.
  • Improve the product, measure usage and send service-related communications.
Providers and transfers

ShipSlide relies on technical providers to deliver the service. They process data under our instructions or under their own terms when you directly use their services.

  • Stripe for payments, subscriptions, invoices and taxes.
  • OpenAI and, when configured, Anthropic for certain AI generations or processing.
  • Image providers and generation or search APIs when needed.
  • Post For Me for some social publishing integrations.
  • Resend for transactional emails.
  • Hetzner and AWS S3 for hosting, storage and file delivery.
Retention and rights

Account data is kept while the account exists, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time after deletion request, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. Contact us at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Cookies and security

ShipSlide may use cookies required for service operation, authentication, security and, where applicable, usage measurement.

We apply reasonable security measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
